Shipping

All items are shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail. We ship all outgoing orders once per week on Friday afternoons ONLY. Items purchased on Friday will same day ship if placed before 12pm. 

Store Pick Up

Store pick up is available by selecting the Pick Up box during checkout.

Orders will typically be ready for same day pickup within the hours of 11am-5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. No local pick up will be offered on Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. 

Returns

Because of the unique nature of our business and the vast majority of sales being one of a kind items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds or exchanges will be offered. 

Damage

In the unfortunate event that your shipped item arrives broken or damaged we will review these instances on a case by case basis to submit a refund claim. To report a damaged item, please email us at leslie@annielauries.com.
