Summer of Love: The Fashions

Here at Annie Laurie's we decided to celebrate the 50-year anniversary of the Summer of Love the only way we know how: the fashions!

We pulled together a few of our favorite looks from our racks and enlisted the help of our friends Allison and Joshua David, to put together this fabulous mini photoshoot! Allison Kaempfe

Allison is a Perryville, Missouri native, and the youngest member of the family at nineteen. She's in her second year at SEMO where she studies Commercial Photography and hopes to have a photography-related career someday. She works on campus at Kent Library in the Instructional Materials Center where the children's books are located, which she states, "is really fitting because I was a huge bookworm as a kid and really love being around books every day". In her spare time she enjoys sewing and doing DIY projects, listening to music ("I love a bit of every genre--Dixie Chicks and Marilyn Manson are two of my favorite artists"), and volunteering at the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri.
